Town Launches New App for Residents – PV Connect
Town Launches New App for Residents – PV ConnectHave you ever wanted to quickly report an issue – like a pothole or downed tree – but didn’t know the number or email to use? Or get the latest news about the Town easily through your phone? Have you been interested in what might be happening in your neighborhood, but didn’t know how to find out?
We are excited to launch PV Connect, a new mobile app for you to quickly and efficiently “connect” with the Town and your neighbors on the issues most important to you.
With PV Connect, you now have you 24/7 access to the most up-to-date Town news and information and you can report an issue on our roads, trails or fields immediately, then track the Town’s progress in solving it. You can also “zoom in” and see what’s happening specifically in your neighborhood.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you access PV Connect, you will find all kinds of issues that folks commonly call us about:
* Animal Issues * Parking Issues * Public Trees
* Road Issues * Trail Issues * Illegal Dumping
You can also access popular online services including:
* Class Registration * Emergency Preparedness Info * e-Notice & SMC Alert Sign Up
* Facility Reservation Info * Town Council Meeting Agendas * Town Calendar & Special Events
HOW CAN I ACCESS PV CONNECT?
The best way to use PV Connect, and have access to all of its features, is to download the app onto your smartphone: from your device’s app store, search for PV Connect, download and install (or follow the links below). Don't have a smartphone? You can also report an issue or request a service on your desktop via www.portolavalley.net/pvconnect.

We encourage you to start using PV Connect to submit service requests, and spread the word among your neighbors! Please also let us know what else you’d like to see in your official Portola Valley app! Send feedback to email@example.com or complete the PV Connect Survey within the app.
"PV Connect gives every resident 24/7 access to the Town’s most important information, engages them on issues happening in their neighborhoods, and allows anyone to report a problem on our roads, trails or fields immediately, " shares Mayor John Richards. "We hope everyone will download the app and learn more about what the Town Council is doing on their behalf.”
