The Town of Portola Valley is seeking a Planning Director (view job brochure) to direct its Planning functions. The position directly/indirectly supervises two full-time employees and professional/technical personnel, and provides staff support to both the Architectural & Site Control and Planning Commissions.
Duties also include hands-on review of development and building permit applications, code compliance and enforcement, research and preparation of technical and administrative reports, and budget preparation and management.
