Did you know that there are 35 muscles in the abdomen and lower back?! This class will hit 'em all with techniques that will strengthen your core muscles, improve posture and alignment, burn fat and reduce your waistline.
Whether you are a novice or have experience with a Stability Ball, LuAnne starts with the basics: position, function and breathing. You will become comfortable with using the ball and quickly learn to modify your position on (and off) the ball to change the intensity and effectiveness of the movement. You will see (and feel) the muscle groups targeted. By being mindful of the rhythm, you will release tension and improve circulation to perform at your best.
As your balance improves, you will complete exercises at a continuous pace to get your heart rate up, increase muscle strength and endurance, and to burn fat. It is a full body workout! All you need to bring is your inflated Stability Ball and a thick exercise floor mat. LuAnne provides the tools to safely adjust the inflation of your ball.
