How did the PG&E Power Shutoffs affect you - Take the Survey
The month of October had us all on alert with possible and actual PG&E Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS). Many in Portola Valley were affected in different ways during the PSPS events. Some residents lost power, phones, internet, or had to uproot their lives and leave Portola Valley for several days to make sure they had guaranteed power for medical needs.
The Town Council and staff are looking for more information on how the PSPS events affected you and your family so we can create strategies and solutions to minimize future impacts. We have created a 17 question survey to better understand how you were affected during the PSPS events.
