Stanford's Portola Terrace Housing project recently began preparing the site for construction following the permit approvals received by the Town of Portola Valley. 

UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY & POTENTIAL TRAFFIC IMPACTS

Tree Material Removal: Onsite debris clearing activity is occurring with intermittent traffic impacts to Alpine Road beginning Monday, April 27 anticipated through the end of day on Wednesday, April 29*. During this time, residents and neighbors may experience truck traffic entering and exiting the site to haul tree materials (i.e. logs and large branches). *The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

The onsite team will be actively monitoring trucking operations and providing traffic control and flagging as needed to ensure safe vehicle movements and minimize impacts to the surrounding area.
