WPC’s #1 goal this year is to get the whole Town participating in Firewise. As of Jan-2026, 50% of PV homes were already in Firewise communities, but we want to grow that to 100% Firewise.

Firewise is a framework for building community through block leaders and educating on how to reduce wildfire risk. Reducing risk at a community scale is the only way to solve the insurance crisis. Firewise participants may get insurance discounts. Learn how you can help and join us!
