UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY

Rough Grading begins Monday, July 20.

Construction crews will begin staging equipment onsite for grading activities at the Portola Terrace project site. Rough grading involves preparing the site for future construction by surveying, grading, moving soil, and establishing the planned site elevations and drainage using heavy equipment. A temporary water tank will be installed for initial water storage.

This phase of work is anticipated to continue through September 1, 2026.

During construction, residents may notice periodic construction truck traffic entering and exiting the site. Trained personnel will be onsite to assist with construction vehicle movements at the project entrance and help maintain safe traffic flow. All construction activities will occur within the project site.

Dust control measures, including water trucks and other best management practices, will be implemented throughout the work to minimize dust and maintain compliance with environmental requirements.
