The Town of Portola Valley is accepting informal bids for the  2025/2026 Street Resurfacing Project #2025-PW01 in Portola Valley, CA. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked outside “Bid for Town Project No. 2025-PW01” followed by the title of this Project and the date and hour of opening Bids. The Town Clerk will receive bids at Town Hall until 5:00 p.m. on Friday June 26, 2026, when they will be opened and read aloud. Fax bids or bids received after the designated time will not be accepted. A complete online set of Contract Documents is available free of charge by requesting through email at: rburtt@portolavalley.net  The Contract Documents are posted electronically on the Town of Portola Valley website (https://www.portolavalley.net/departments/request-for-proposals/).
