Every winter the Town closes the fields for the annual renovations of our playing fields.  The Ford Baseball Field , Town Center Softball Field, Miller Field and Rossotti Field close for several months for scheduled field turf maintenance. This includes leveling out worn areas and seeding the entire field. Signs will be posted at each field.

Closure dates 2025 and 2026: November 17, 2025 - March 2, 2026 

Turf Renovation Dates: November 17, 2025 - November 25, 2025  

Winter Closures

• Russ Miller/Rossotti: Mid-November until first week of March
• Ford Field: Mid-November until first week of March
• Town Center Softball Field and Performance Lawn: Mid-November until first week of March 

Summer Closure 

• Russ Miller/ Rossotti: Third week of June to the second week of August
• Ford: TBA, dependent Alpine Little League Season Length 
• Town Center Softball Field and Performance Lawn: Field does not close
