Energize yourself and start spring with aerobics! This class is a building block program that incorporates the benefits of free weights, floor work and cardiovascular exercise in a one hour class. The first 30 minutes of class will begin with trimming, toning and sculpting the body including an abdominal workout. The class will then finish off with choreographed dance routines and workouts to Latin, Country, Bollywood, Salsa, Foxtrot music and more! All students are encouraged to work at their own level of fitness as each class builds upon the routines from the previous class. Using all parts of the body and mind, this class is a great and fun way to get into shape and stay fit. Teens are welcome to join with an adult.
*Bring a mat for floor work, light weights if desired. Wear comfortable clothes, athletic shoes and a smile!

About the Instructor:
Connie Stack has been involved in athletic fitness and dance since childhood. She has been a physical education teacher, coach and trainer of new instructors.
