This class is a full body workout for ALL levels. Class uses dumbbells, weight bars, bands and medicine balls to strengthen legs, arms and core/stomach. Class is held inside and outside depending on weather and no workout is the same!

About the Instructor...
Shelly Sweeney has a B.A. in Social Science from University of California at Berkeley and a Master's degree in Sports Science from the United States Sports Academy in Alabama. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and has been training and teaching Adult Fitness in Portola Valley for over 12 years, with experience also in post-physical therapy, sports conditioning, speed training, and junior fitness.
Shelly competed professionally for over three years on the Women's Professional Tennis Tour, achieving a world ranking in both singles and doubles. She still plays some tennis competitively, and also enjoys soccer and running.
