Yoga is for "every body" & "every age". Increase your overall wellness with Yoga ~ Improve flexibility, focus & balance. Each class begins with a short meditation followed by warming up, stretching, moving, balancing and breathing. The pace of each class offers time for students to develop self awareness, proper alignment & posture as well as mindfulness & clarity. The regular practice of yoga not only energizes the body & relaxes the mind but creates a space for expansion and contentment.
Modifications are offered to accommodate any past injuries or limitations. Yoga has been proven to help with sleep, anxiety, arthritis ,depression and joint stiffness.
Beginners are welcomed! Bring a yoga mat & an open mind!

 $300      22 Classes = 2x/week

About the Instructor:

Kathy WaddellKathy Waddell brings passion & joy to teaching yoga to people of all ages & levels. She believes yoga offers a multitude of benefits beyond the physical aspects. Kathy has discovered that yoga has many positive effects on individuals that unfold over time. There is much more to a yoga practice than meets the eye.
Being open and committed to a yoga practice helps one become more aware & connected with their mind, body & spirit .
Kathy resides in PV with her family. She has been an exercise & health enthusiast since she was a teenager.
She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and is always amazed at how it continues to inspire and expand the way she lives.
Kathy is a certified yoga instructor through the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara.
