PV Connect is a service request portal webpage providing Portola Valley residents, businesses, and visitors access to Town services and information, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Have you ever wanted to quickly report an issue – like a pothole or downed tree – but didn’t know the number or email to use? That’s why we created PV Connect, a simple, convenient webpage tool that puts Town Hall at your fingertips. You no longer have to hunt for the right number (although you are still welcome to call us!). You now have one central tool to immediately communicate issues that need attention or access information pertinent to you.

Code Enforcement inquires will only be through email. Please Email code@portolavalley.net to submit code enforcement issues.

As of October 2025, the PV Connect app for smartphones is no longer supported by the Town's software vendor. Please report an issue or request a service via the Town's website.  For code enforcement issues please send an email to code@portolavalley.net.


HOW DOES IT WORK?

 Once you download the PV Connect app, you will find all kinds of issues that folks commonly call us about:

     You can also access popular online services including:

  • Class Registration
  • Emergency Preparedness Info
  • E-Notice
  • SMC Alert Sign Up

  • Council Meeting Agendas
  • Town Calendar
  • Special Events

  • You can provide additional details as you wish, and even attach a photo.  PV Connect will automatically know the issue location if you have enabled your device’s GPS and location services.  

    Your request will be routed to the Portola Valley team member(s) responsible for addressing your concern. You can share your concern with others (called “followers”), and you all can track the status and resolution of the request right from your phone!

    Local government functions best when everyone participates in identifying and solving issues. With PV Connect, businesses, residents and visitors alike can work together for an even better Town!

    Using PV Connect online only allows you to access the "Request a Service" feature. For all other service, please download the app. Start by going to your device’s app store, search for PV Connect, download and install.
